Every homeowner who reaches Pitchsoviet Septic should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lays out how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Pitchsoviet Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@pitchsoviet.world and include these items:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
